Main Widgets

The mobile app has numerous widgets that facilitate daily work with the HUBAL system.

Time Tracking

Quick access to the RCP (Time and Attendance) module. Allows you to start, pause, or end work with a single click. The mobile app can also remind you to clock out if you've started a task.

Tasks Widget

The equivalent of the extensive Tasks module from the web application. Allows you to view current tasks for a given day and mark them as completed.

Currently Working

Quick overview of team presence. This widget reflects the "Who is working" module in the web application, allowing you to instantly check which coworkers are online now and what exactly they are working on.

Projects Notes

The mobile equivalent of Gantt charts in the web application. Due to the smaller screen, the focus here is on a clear list of notes, task statuses, and key information regarding ongoing projects.

Financial Center

This module has been condensed into a convenient, fast interface on your phone.

Invoices Widget

The extensive financial module on the phone screen has been reduced to the most common field operation – adding costs and purchase invoices.

• Open the Invoices widget.
• Use the built-in camera feature to take a picture of the document.
• Both invoices and regular receipts are supported (provided they have a NIP / Tax ID number).
• After processing the photo, the added document will immediately appear in the main invoices section in the web application's Financial Center.

Communication and Mail

Mail and Mail Widget

The email section is a mobile email client that aggregates messages in one place. The app supports both corporate and private emails (if you have configured them appropriately in the system). An email widget is also available on the home screen.

Chat Module

Instant text communication with other users and teams on your company channel. The chat also supports notifications, allowing you to answer coworkers' questions on the fly.

Mobile Assistant

As the equivalent of the web version Assistant, the mobile Assistant brings entirely new possibilities thanks to the phone's native interfaces – specifically allowing for free voice conversation.

Voice Assistant Applications

You can communicate with the Assistant through classic text typing or by dictating commands. Just activate the microphone to:

• Add tasks: "Add a task to the Alpha Construction project: order sand for tomorrow morning".
• Add reminders: "Remind me at 3:00 PM to call the client".
• Check statuses: "What is the current status of the Beta project?".
• Listen to daily agenda: "What do I have to do today?" or "What are my tasks for today?".

The Assistant can analyze your speech and execute the action in the background, without the need to manually click through the interface!

Settings

The mobile app allows you to fully personalize what is visible on the dashboard.

• Go to the Settings tab.
• Each widget (e.g., Tasks, Mail, Invoices, Currently Working) can be turned on or completely turned off here, according to your needs.
• Your mobile configuration affects only your phone and allows you to focus strictly on the tools you need at that moment while on the go.
